1.) Can you help me create my design, and will it cost extra?
Yes, we can definitely help, and no, it won’t cost you anything! Our team of graphic designers it here to help. Simply let us know how you’d like your design to look, and we’ll email you a proof. If you aren’t thrilled about the design, just let us know what to change, and we will make it happen. Graphic services are always free at LogoLenses.
2.) My deadline is approaching. How long will it take to produce and ship my order?
We strive to get all orders out within 2 business days. We offer many shipping options through various carriers. If you’re in a hurry, choose UPS Next Day at checkout, and we can likely get your order to you in just 3 business days or less!
3.) Why don’t I get a preview of my logo on the arm before I checkout?
Simply put, this is done as a quality measure. Instead of trying to align the art yourself on an online viewer tool, we have our graphic design team create the preview. Not to worry, we will email you a preview before we begin production. If you do not approve, we’re happy to make any changes until you’re completely satisfied.
4.) If I order different frame styles or designs, will it still count toward the quantity discount?
Absolutely. The quantity applies towards any of our frame styles, regardless of customization.
5.) Can you ship outside of the United States?
We’re glad you asked! We can ship to over 120 countries across the globe. Be sure to check the laws regarding the customs tax before ordering.
